Kashif, a 10 year veteran at Cisco, performs duties of Customer Success Manager in Software, Systems, and Operations organization. His team is responsible for developing reliable and customizable solutions for customers while innovating new opportunities.

While creating business success for Cisco, Kashif has succeeded professionally by completing his MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering -UNC, MBA, followed by MBA Specialization in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management. All this while finishing his thesis for Ph.D. in Optical Science & Engineering.

Previous to current role, Kashif has led teams in Advanced Services, Technical Assistance Center TAC, and Services & Support Management at Cisco. He is a frequent presenter at Cisco Live and winner of multiple " Cisco Services Sales BRAVO” awards.
